Captain Clive: Danger From Dione is a wave-based horde shooter where you kill aliens in a 1950s retrofuturistic space setting.
Captain Clive: Danger From Dione is set in an alternate scifi history diverging from reality in the 1950s.
In CC:DFD, you play as Captain Clive, or one of his crew members. You land your small ship in Ophacland, a residential colony of Dione, moon of Saturn. Upon exiting the ship you find that there are no humans left in the colony and that aliens have overthrown the area.
Your goal is to mow down hordes of aliens while staying alive. As you play through the waves, the game continues to get more difficult. To deal with this difficulty, you must balance your resources while making strategic decisions through combat and spending.
